I'm having trouble submitting the certificate request form. What's wrong?

Sometimes a browser caching issue can prevent a form from being submitted. Please try clearing the cache on your browser or use a different browser/device and see if that makes a difference. If your form is submitted successfully, you will see a confirmation message on the screen (you may need to scroll up) and you will receive a confirmation email within 2 minutes with a copy of your answers. The PDF certificate should arrive via email within 30 minutes.

I submitted the form and I saw the confirmation screen but I did not get a confirmation email or a copy of my certificate. Where is my certificate?

Please check your spam folder in case the certificate landed there. If you cannot locate it, please contact [email protected] and let us know. It is likely there was a typo in the email you entered on the form.

I received an email with my certificate, but I can't open the file. What is wrong?

Sometimes there's a glitch with our certificate system and certificates are not exported and attached properly. Please forward the email you received to [email protected] and we will resend the PDF.
